Two beloved stage shows performed on the stage in front of Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle, “Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” and “Let the Magic Begin,” will not be performed for the next three weeks due to a refurbishment of the stage area. Guests will have to wait until July 28 for these performances to resume.

This refurbishment is strategically timed to prepare the stage for the upcoming holiday season, including Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party which features a Halloween stage show along with a special fireworks show hosted by Jack Skellington. Ensuring the stage is in top condition is crucial for the smooth execution of these popular events.

While the temporary absence of these shows may disappoint some guests, Magic Kingdom offers plenty of other attractions, parades, and character meet-and-greets to enjoy. Guests visiting Magic Kingdom toward the end of the month will want to keep an eye on the MyDisneyExperience app for up-to-date information on the status of the stage re-opening.
