Welcome back once again to this week’s edition of the Chip & Company Week in Review. Here are the stories that caught our eye last week:
- For those parents of babies out there, Baby Einstein is releasing several of their most popular compositions as DVD on February 7, 2012! Check out the post to see which ones will be released.
- Are you a member of D23? If so, then what are your plans for the upcoming Smoke Tree Ranch Roundup? Going to attend?
- The year was 1934. The event was the Macy’s Santa Claus Parade. The debut: Mickey Mouse in his first appearance in the parade!
- All of us at Chip & Company hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Many of us wrote about what we are thankful for, so if you missed them, go check out the site.
- Coming December 1st MouseVent will be kicking off 24 days of Christmas Magic!
- If you love the Disney Classic Movies like I do, then I’ll bet you have your calendar marked for January 31st, 2012, the day that Beauty and the Beast comes back to theaters in a 3-D event! I’ll see you at the movies!
- Have you seen The Muppets yet in the movie theater? I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to go yet! But to whet your whistle, here’s Jason Segal talking about the movie!
- Over at Disneyland Resort, they participated in the National Family Volunteer Day!
- For us Dads, you can never have enough resources available to you! That’s why I was excited to see that Disney Movie Rewards launched the site, DisneyDads.com!
- Lastly, did you see that Stitch was given his own Gingerbread House? Go check it out if you missed it!
That’s our look at some of the news stories from last week, now let’s take a look at some of the incredible original articles that our writers produce each and every day! Enjoy!
- Savannah writes to us about her Top 10 Epcot Must Do’s! Does her list stack favorably with yours?
- I wanted to share with you my “What I’m Thankful For” post from Thanksgiving. I hope you have had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and that you told your loved ones what you are thankful for this year.
- Lastly, we have a new writer in our group, who goes by the creative name “MouzeKateerz”. While she has been writing several great photographic posts, the one I wanted to share with you today is her post about Giving Thanks, and the story of her brother Brian. That’s what Thanksgiving is all about.
That’s all we have for you this week. I hope you have a terrific week, and remember to check out Chip & Company often for the latest in Disney News, Views, Giveaways, and more!
