Have you heard the latest Disney Dining News?
If you have not been to Chef Mickey’s, then you have most likely passed it when you were on the monorail on your to the Magic Kingdom. Chef Mickey’s is a very popular spot. So, they will soon serve brunch. Brunch will be by reservation of course. Reservations open up on May 22.
I am sure you are wondering what will be on the menu. Well, the breakfast menu, yes that includes Mickey Waffles, will expand and they will also offer soup; salads including Caesar; seafood, fresh broccoli, antipasto, chicken and Caprese, and hot dishes such as barbecued ribs, seafood étouffée and baked salmon. That will include the ice cream bar and Contemporary bakery sweets. Sounds good to me!
Brunch will be served from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Breakfast hours are still 7-11:30 a.m. and dinner is still 5-9:30 p.m.
Meals are one table-service entitlement on the Disney Dining Plan.
Are you going to go?
Wishing you Faith, Trust, and Pixie Dust

I can’t wait to try the brunch. I love the Contemporary and Bay lake Tower.
