The Mac & Cheese Food Truck will be dishing up cheesy goodness for lunch and dinner at the Disney Springs. The Food Truck Park on the Springs’ West Side is home to the new restaurant on wheels. They’re serving up quite a few unique versions of the classic Mac & Cheese.
Sizeable servings of cheesy goodness range in price from $8-$13 and bottled beverages are also available at the food truck.
Let jump in with the Barbecue Brisket Macaroni & Cheese. Smoky Gouda and Cheddar cheeses are combined with a sweet BBQ brisket and topped off with onion rings.
Next up is the Six-Cheese Crunchy Macaroni & Cheese. This unique dish combines cavatappi spiral pasta with a special blend of 6 creamy kinds of cheese, topped with Cheetos cheese curls.
The priciest dish on the menu is the Lobster and Shrimp Macaroni & Cheese. Shredded lobster and chunks of shrimp combine with sharp cheddar and swiss to make a melt in your mouth mix. Its served with a sprinkling of chives and some butter crackers to soak up that cheesy sauce.
The Bacon Cheeseburger Macaroni & Cheese is just that. A bacon cheeseburger, with all the fixin’s and mac & cheese mixed in. Cheddar and American mac & cheese are topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and crispy potato sticks!
Last, but certainly not least, is the Chicken Parmesan Macaroni & Cheese. Macaroni in a garlic alfredo cheese sauce is topped with breaded chicken, sweet marinara, micro basil greens, and Italian croutons. Yum!
