Deviled Eggs and Toast features a creamy egg salad served with toast and a toasted almond Romesco sauce topped with a Manchego crisp and dill. Other amazing favorites include the Tuna Poke, which is a Yellowfin Tuna rice bowl with edamame and avocado as well as CB Lobster Nachos, homemade nachos topped with lobster pieces, Pico de Gallo and cheese sauce. Numerous varieties of wine and cocktails are also available.
In early summer, the Cove Bar will reopen as the Lamplight Lounge in celebration of Pixar Pier. The new lounge will feature appetizers, wines and cocktails with a seaside atmosphere.
