Funko is continuing to create fantastic Disney magic with their toys and collectibles this year! At Toy Fair New York, Funk revealed lots of incredible new series headed our way this year! Among the Disney FUNKO Toy Fair New York Reveals were Moana, Monsters Inc., Aladdin and so many more!
So without further ado, let’s check out some of the incredible Disney FUNKO Toy Fair New York Reveals:
New Monsters INC. POP! Figuers will be debuting this week. I’m loving the Chef one, Funko is really great about highlighting some of the more obscure characters.
There will also be a special flocked Sully available only at Toys R Us.
As I was just saying about obscure, Hercules is a Disney favorite that doesn’t get much attention in mainstream, but Funko is showing their love for Herc and the gang this year! Let’s all take a moment to squeal about Hades and Meg merchandise. You’ll be able to collect various versions of Hercules, including a chase glow version and baby Hercules. Meg, Phil, Hades and baby Pegasus complete the series.
Hercules and his lifelong friend Pegasus will be featured together as they fight for Hercules to become a true hero!
Winnie the Pooh and friends are now Dorbz! You can collect Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet. Look for the blue chase of Eeyore, and exclusives from Hot Topic, Barnes & Noble, and Walgreen’s too.
Disney’s upcoming film A Wrinkle in Time is coming to Pop! Whatsit, Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which will be available this spring, and a special exclusive Barnes & Noble 3-Pack will also be available.
Nightmare Before Christmas fans can look forward to the trio of trick-or-treaters Lock, Shock and Barrel from Halloween Town to make their Pop! debut in May!
The newest additions to the Moana line are incredible! The latest Moana Pop! series features Moana in her ceremony outfit, opposites Te Fiti and Te Ka, the spirited Gramma Tala and the gargantuan coconut crab Tamatoa.
Pua and Hei Hei will be an Amazon exclusive!
A new Movie Moment Funko POP! will be debuting this year as well, This moment comes from Aladdin, when “Prince Ali” is debating on telling Jasmine the truth, and Genie hosts Aladdin on a game show to convince him to do so.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi joins Funko Blind Bag Keychain Plush! team. You can unwrap the bling bags to find BB-8, Rey, Porg, Chewbacca, Finn, Stormtrooper, Kylo and First Order Droid. My take aways from this set are: first- PORG, and second OMG they made Emo Kylo Ren!
