Celebrity Chef Showdown: English and Mina Headline Disney Food & Wine Classic

Two of the culinary world’s biggest stars are set to headline the 2025 Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic. Celebrity chefs Todd English and Michael Mina will bring their award-winning talents to the 16th annual event, marking the first time the festival has featured signature tasting experiences from both acclaimed chefs.

Both English and Mina are no strangers to the Walt Disney World Dolphin, as their acclaimed restaurants, Todd English’s bluezoo and Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, are located at the hotel complex. Known for their James Beard Awards, bestselling cookbooks, and television appearances, the chefs will offer guests a rare opportunity to meet them during the two-night event.

Guests can enjoy specially curated dishes from both on-site restaurants and meet the chefs along the property’s scenic causeway. Chef English is scheduled to appear both Friday and Saturday nights, while Chef Mina will be there on Saturday, November 15.

For a truly exclusive experience, both chefs will host their own signature tasting events with expertly paired beverages.

On Friday, November 14, Chef English will lead a “Culinary Journey Through Asia.” This five-course voyage through Asian heritage and global gastronomy will include:

• Bluefin Tuna trio
• Smoked scallop crudo
• Miso carbonara udon
• Koji-cured short rib & maitake
• Layered matcha crisps with white chocolate

Each course will be paired with fine sake or wine.

The following day, Saturday, November 15, Chef Mina will host “A Global Inspired Tour With Flair,” a five-course dinner filled with storytelling and humor. The menu features:

• Bacon-wrapped scallop
• White truffle agnolotti
• Miso broiled seabass
• Slow roasted prime rib
• The Bourbon Steak candy bar

This experience will be thoughtfully paired with magnificent wines and a decadent dessert cocktail.

The Signature Tasting Experiences with Chef Mina and Chef English will begin at 3:30 p.m. each day. Tickets are $185 per person, plus taxes and fees, and can be purchased online at www.FoodAndWineClassic.com. Space is limited, so guests are encouraged to book early.

The main Food & Wine Classic event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. each evening, Friday, November 14, and Saturday, November 15, 2025. Guests who purchase a bundle ticket for both nights can save 10 percent and enjoy each night’s unique menu.

Set in the heart of Walt Disney World Resort, the Classic is a vibrant street party featuring unlimited food and beverage tastings from the resort’s 23 restaurants and lounges, along with themed areas like Chinatown and Carnival Corner. Live entertainment will also be featured.
