Are you a collector of pressed pennies? If so, then you’ll want to check out these souvenir pennies celebrating the new year 2021 at Walt Disney World!
We found these new 2021 designs at the penny press machines inside Disney’s Magic Kingdom. The new machines have a credit card slot and will only accept bills, no more loose change. The new machines will now provide your penny, so no need to worry about bringing your own.
These new 2021 designs feature Mickey Mouse and friends posing next to the new year. It costs $1 for a single pressed penny or $5 for a set of all eight pressed penny designs.
Even though it costs a few dollars for a set, the souvenir pressed pennies are still one of the least expensive souvenir options at Disney. We do like the convenience of having “clean” Pennies inside the machine. Especially since we often sorted through our change for a coin we wanted to use to make our souvenir penny.
