Fulton’s Crab House, located at in Downtown Disney, wants you to celebrate the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival with them. You can have a signature dining experience there on Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 6:30 p.m.
The Executive Chef, Mark Boor’s has an amazing 6-course menu. The menu is as follows:
Reception: Chorizo stuffed dates spinach and artichoke tartlets steak tartare
First course: Oysters Rockefeller (Gulf oyster, herbs, butter, spices); clams Casino (Cherrystone clams, bacon, bell pepper, Parmesan, panko), Forge Cellars Fingerlakes Les Allies, Riesling, Seneca Lake, N.Y.
Second course: Coquille St. Jacques (gratin of U8 Diver scallop, mushrooms, gruyere, mashed potato, baked in the shell); Domaine Drouhin, Arthur Chardonnay, Oregon
Third course: Crab Louis (jumbo lump crab, avocado, capers, hard cooked egg, seasonal baby lettuce, Louis dressing); Neely, Hidden Block Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz, Calif.
Fourth course: Dover sole Florentine, Lyonnaise potatoes, hollandaise; Catena Alta, Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina
Fifth course: Beef wellington (prime beef tenderloin, mushroom duxelle, puff pastry, demi-glace); The Scrapper, Cabernet Franc, Vinum Cellars, El Dorado, Calif.
Sixth course: Baked Alaska (banana foster ice cream, sponge cake, meringue, brulee banana, caramel); Ca Del Bosco, Cuvee Prestige, Italy
But wait there is more. The chef will take you on a tour throughout the Food & Wine Festival, offering seafood from a different country every week. Specials include a traditional Brazilian seafood stew of moqueca, opah from Hawaii, the English staple of fish and chips and branzino from Greece.
