Celebrate Father's Day with Thomas Kinkade Artwork for Dad

Thomas Kinkade is easily one of the best and my favorite Disney Artists out there. I have owned several pieces of his Disney Artwork over the years. Recently I was given the opportunity to pick up 2 pieces of artwork from his vast collection of work for Father’s Day to adorn my home.

I requested this Disney Pirates of the Caribbean – 16″ x 31″ Gallery Wrapped Canvas. I have seen this piece while on many of my Disney Cruises and thought that would look amazing in my home.

Here are more details on this Pirates of the Caribbean Canvas:

From the first moments we climb into our boat on the Pirates of the Caribbean ride singing, “It’s a pirates life for me,” or view those wondrous opening frames of any of the Pirates’ movies, we are captivated by the spirit of adventure mixed with romance. It’s a fun adventure filled with memorable moments. Captain Jack Sparrow makes his grand entrance as his ship slowly sinks in the harbor of a portside town. A mischievous mutt can be seen taunting pirate prisoners. Will and Elizabeth are fighting pirates back-to-back while resisting the inevitable pull of true love.

In Pirates of the CaribbeanThe Curse of the Black Pearl, the Thomas Kinkade Studios celebrate these iconic characters and films, which so vividly remind us of a life of passion and adventure.

I had the perfect spot for this artwork next to some British decorations I already had:

Next up for Father’s Day, I wanted to go with something fun.

I chose this Disney 101 Dalmatians – 13″ x 23″ Framed Glass Art that is in the window right next to my desk. I thought with a house full of dogs already this would be a fun piece of Thomas Kinkade art for my home. Not to mention it is very unique…

Here is a closer look at this very cool piece of stained glass art.

Of course, I have more info as well:

When Walt Disney presented his seventeenth movie – One Hundred and One Dalmatians – in 1961, the Studio strayed from its mainstay approach. Where they had come to be known for creating fictitious worlds with fantastical characters, Disney chose the existing majestic city of London. In addition, the movie was set in the same time period as its release. The film was met with high praise and was one of the highest-grossing films in 1961. It became a benchmark in animation history.

Now for fans who have loved this story for decades, Thomas Kinkade Studios has transformed the iconic film into a brilliant take-home piece as a part of the Disney Dreams Collection, titled Disney 101 Dalmatians.

Take a visual tour of historic London, with all of its famous landmarks, while you listen to the cheerful sounds of frolicking puppies. With the help of Pongo and Perdita, a romantic spark sets this timeless adventure in motion, creating a sea of spots and attracting the deviant eye of Cruella De Vil and her not-so-helpful henchmen.

I have already received many compliments on this 101 Dalmatian Stained Glass Artwork as it is the first thing people see when coming into my home. Gotta love that!

So if you are looking for something for your dad to get him for Father’s Day why not check out Thomas Kinkade?

Thomas Kinkade Studios has everything from Star Wars, Marvel, and Disney Movie Art to traditional items like Lighthouses, Bridges, Cityscapes, Faith-Based Art, and More.

He had some Star Wars & Marvel Artwork I would have really loved for my home but wasn’t quite sure where I would put it. I was lucky that these 2 pieces they gave me really worked well with the decorations in my home already.

Maybe your dad is a huge Marvel or Star Wars fan and has an office, this would be a great opportunity to help him turn that dull old office into the start of his man cave.

Either way, a piece of Thomas Kinkade Artwork is a very memorable and unique present for the dad that has pretty much everything or who is tired of receiving a tie, socks, and underwear for Father’s Day, trust me I know by experience.
