Celebrate August with Gideons Cookie & Cake of the Month. Flavors of Florida continues until August 14th here at Disney Springs, which means we have double the special flavors at Gideon’s for half of this month. As always here is a rundown of August flavors starting the first of the month.
August is filled with fruity goods! The Chocolate Dipped Key Lime Pie Cookie Returns, and since Flavors of Florida goes through August 14th, we also still have the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip for half of the month! If you’re new to the Key Lime Pie Cookie, imagine a Vanilla Bean Cookie Dough infused with Florida Key Lime Juice and covered with Chocolate Chips and our special Key Lime Pie Crumbs!

The Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip, the Key Lime Pie Chocolate Chip, and the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip Cookie all stand side by side TODAY in Gideon’s at @EastEndMkt and Gideon’s at @DisneySprings! Limited Edition items will sell out each day, so there is a limit of two per paying guest. The earlier you arrive, the better your chances of seeing them in stock! Remember, the Orange Pecan Cookie dips on August 14th, but the rest remain through August!
Along with the new Cookie comes a new chapter to the Key Lime story! Last year we learned that sailors were gifted the magical Key Lime from mermaids. This year, we dug deeper, and uncovered the legend of the creator of the Key Lime Pie, Captain Cagliostro! Enjoy him and his story on this month’s Disney Springs menu, a Limited Edition Art Print online, and a new T-shirt starting today! Cakes! We will highlight our already very popular and amazingly delicious Key Lime Pie Cake each weekend of August! It has also been a year since we first met our great friend Signore Pipistrello and his Dark Coffee Cake Slices will be at both stores every Sunday! Reminder: Coffee Cake doesn’t contain coffee. It pairs well with coffee, hence the name. Some regions call it Crumb Cake, but I’m from NY, where it is Coffee Cake.
Orange Moch Nitro Cold Brew will remain through August because it is our perfect summer refreshment!
