On Christmas Eve, Catal Restaurant will feature a deliciously prepared pix fixe menu for guests. The delectable feast will feature Mediterranean cuisine. Starters will include a Filet Carpaccio and a Mini Lobster Salad. The main entrees will feature a delicious Baja Bass, a sumptuous Braised Short Rib Pasta, Lamb Loin, and Diver Scallops. For dessert, on the menu is a festive Egg-Nog Pot De Creme that is topped with a snicker doodle crumble and a tasty Chocolate Raspberry Mousse Cake. There will also be an a la carte kid’s menu for any children ages 10 and younger.
On December 31st, ring in the New Year with a special menu provided by Catal Restaurant. This unique four course menu will include starters like a Tomato and Fennel Bisque, Beef Carpaccio, or Deviled Eggs. The second course will feature your choice of Shrimp & Scallops, Butter Poached Lobster, or an Endive Salad. The third course will include your choice of Filet Mignon, Maple Leaf Duck Breast, Baja Bass, or Lamb Chops with a ricotta gnocchi. For dessert guests have the option to choose between a Butterscotch Pot De Creme or a delectable Tres Leches Cake.
