Disney Adventure World Opens at Disneyland Paris with Emotional Cast Member First Look
The magic is officially unfolding at Disneyland Paris as cast members are offering a heartfelt, behind-the-scenes look at the debut of Disney Adventure World, which officially opened on March 29, 2026. Through the eyes of cast member Dorine, guests are getting a rare glimpse into the months of preparation, emotion, and storytelling that brought this ambitious new expansion to life, including the highly anticipated World of Frozen.

Dorine’s journey with Disney began in 2018 and even included time at EPCOT helping open Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, but her latest role as part of the opening team for World of Frozen marked a career-defining chapter. Cast members underwent immersive training to fully embody villagers of Arendelle, learning not just operations, but the culture and story behind the land. From receiving their Arendelle nametags to being officially welcomed by Anna and Elsa, the experience blurred the line between cast member and character in a way only Disney storytelling can.

One of the most powerful moments came during previews of the new nighttime spectacular, “Disney Cascade of Lights,” where cast members experienced the show before guests. As lights danced across Adventure Bay and music filled the air, emotions ran high, signaling that something truly special was about to debut. Additional previews included a first look at attractions like the Tangled-themed Raiponce attraction, new dining concepts like Nordic Crowns Tavern, and immersive merchandise inspired by the land’s Scandinavian roots.

Opening day brought that emotion full circle, as cast members welcomed the first guests into Disney Adventure World. From cheers and applause to tears of joy, the atmosphere captured what Disney does best: turning stories into living, breathing worlds. For Dorine and thousands of cast members, this wasn’t just the launch of a new land, it was the start of a brand-new chapter where they are not just hosts, but storytellers helping guests step directly into the magic of Arendelle and beyond.
