The Candlelight Processional is a fan-favorite during the holidays at Epcot. Sadly, last year the show was canceled due to the pandemic. The processional might be returning for the 2021 holiday season, however!

Each night of the Candlelight Processional a celebrity narrator tells the biblical tale of a savior born to a virgin in Bethlehem. All the while, gorgeous choral pieces are woven into the production as an orchestra and choir provide and inspirational backdrop with songs of hope and joy.
Disney has already begun the process of recruiting choirs to perform. The company has also recently required all salaried and non-union cast members to be vaccinated. The new vaccine policy may be enough to green-light the processional to return.
The EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays begins November 26 and takes place daily through December 30.

As more features and offerings return to Walt Disney World, we can only hope the Candlelight Processional returns as well.
