Bookable Experiences at the 2025 California Adventure Food & Wine Festival
Get ready for a culinary adventure! The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is almost here, packed with sweet and savory treats for every foodie. From February 28 to April 21, 2025, indulge in California’s best snacks, drinks, and bookable experiences.

For those wanting to savor even more tasty offerings, there are several bookable experiences to enhance your culinary journey. Make your way to Cocktails at Sonoma Terrace hosted by CORKCICLE and indulge in seminars dedicated to beer, cider, and wine tasting, or venture over to the Carthay Circle Receptions to join winemaking experts in special tastings and pairings.
At Hearthstone Lounge, the returning experience A Walk on the Silverado Trail at Mariposa Pool Deck in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa delights guests with specialty wine and cuisine pairings, while the new Dinner and Scotch Event features tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, live music, and exceptional scotches paired with an intimate, four-course dinner experience. Some offerings require reservations, so make sure to check out the availability and book now. There may also be walk-up availability, too!
New! Dinner and Scotch Event at Hearthstone Lounge
Enjoy an intimate, special culinary and scotch dinner event at Hearthstone Lounge, amid beautiful artwork and a burnished copper hearthstone. Indulge in a memorable evening, featuring rare and exceptional scotches from Highland Park of the Isle of Mull & Orkney and world-renowned The Macallan from Speyside, Scotland, drawn from the exclusive whiskey library of Hearthstone Lounge.
Your evening begins with tray-passed hors d’oeuvres and live music. Then, savor a 4-course tasting menu that is expertly crafted and paired with scotch selections by Executive Chef Marcel St. Pierre and accompanied by educational presentations from Highland Park and The Macallan.
Reservations for the Dinner and Scotch Event at Hearthstone Lounge are required, and space is limited.

Learn to make a classic tiki libation in the legendary Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar. After enjoying your hand-crafted cocktail, indulge in tray-passed hors d’oeuvres while enjoying the sounds of the island at the outdoor fireplace. Plus, take home a Trader Sam’s fan favorite mug as a souvenir of your adventure.
Reservations for mixology classes at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar are required and space is limited for these popular events.
