Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is turning up the flavor and the volume this spring as the Food, Wine & Garden Festival returns for 2026. Running Fridays through Sundays from March 6 through May 10, the fan-favorite event blends global cuisine, vibrant gardens, and live concerts from some seriously big names, all included with park admission.

Guests can sip and savor their way across the park with more than 65 menu items featuring both new dishes and returning favorites. New bites this year include Red Wine-Braised Short Rib and Herb-Crusted Lamb Steak, while popular dishes like the Cajun Lobster Roll and Smoked Chicken & White Cheddar Mac & Cheese are making their delicious return. Sweet treats are also on the menu with options like Mini Bananas Foster Crepes and Mixed Berry Tart rounding out the lineup.

One of the best ways to sample your way around the festival is with the Food, Wine & Garden Sampler Lanyard. Starting at $65, the lanyard lets guests redeem multiple food and beverage items across festival cabins, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to taste a wide range of offerings. Annual Pass Members get an even sweeter deal with extra items included for the same price.
New for 2026, the festival is adding garden displays inspired by animals throughout the park, featuring topiaries and plant sculptures that bring a fresh burst of color to the event. The blooming displays pair perfectly with Busch Gardens’ existing gardens and thrill rides, creating a festival atmosphere that’s equal parts culinary adventure and botanical beauty.

The festival’s live concert series is once again a major highlight, with 20 performances scheduled throughout the event. Country star Walker Hayes kicks things off on March 7, followed by a wide mix of artists across rock, pop, Latin, hip-hop, and nostalgia acts.
