Another delicious brunch option is coming to Disney Springs! Starting March 30th, 2019 Wine Bar George will begin serving a “Wine Country Brunch”. Brunch will be served on Saturdays & Sundays only, from 11am – 3pm.
Featured menu items include a specialty French Toast which includes brioche bread stuffed with mascarpone and topped with a caramel sauce. For something more on the savory side, the Burrata is toasted ciabatta topped with bacon & avocado with a creamy serving of burrata cheese on top.
Pair your meal with a brunch cocktail, like the Aperol Rose Spritz or Sangria (by the carafe) or the specialty Dole Whip Mimosa!

Wine Bar George opened in May of last year, at The Landing at Disney Springs to rave reviews. The estate-style wine bar offers more than 130 wine selections from acclaimed wineries, handpicked by Master Sommelier George Miliotes.
Their lunch and dinner menus feature small plates with wine pairings, cheese boards as well as cocktails, beer & cider.
