How to Secure Your Pair on Launch Day
Anticipating high demand, Brooks and runDisney will utilize a Virtual Queue system on the opening day of the expo, Thursday, October 23, to manage access to the exclusive merchandise, including the new Ghost Max 3.
Runners wishing to purchase the shoes must follow this procedure:
- Join the Queue: Access the Virtual Queue via the My Disney Experience app at 8:30 AM or 1:00 PM Eastern Time. (You must be within 45 miles of Walt Disney World Resort to join).
- Select Merchandise: Select the option for the “runDisney Merchandise Shop and runDisney-themed Brooks Running shoes.”
- Return Time: Once your group is called, you will receive a return time and a digital entry code.
- Shop: Arrive at the AdventHealth Arena within one hour of your return time to enter the Expo shopping area.
Important Note: The Virtual Queue is only required for shopping on Thursday, October 23. Gold and Platinum Club runDisney Members are exempt from the virtual queue for early shopping access.
