Brew Wing at the Odyssey Epcot Food & Wine Festival Food booth review. We had a great time yesterday at Epcot, enjoying some really great food, exploring all the booths, and seeing the new merchandise for day 1 of the International Food & Wine Festival at Epcot. One of our favorites was Brew – WIng in the Odyssey Building which wasn’t even supposed to be open until August.
With great beer and even better wings, we had a great time trying out all the selections. The wings themselves are well cooked, and the flavors are decent and thought out. Stands outs include the Sriracha-Lime and Garlic-Parm. We must admit that the booth’s true highlight is the Crispy Brussel Sprouts. The char flavor, with a hint of buffalo and the sauce on top, was a pleasant and wonderful delight.
Two things we do want to mention are the Brew Wing at the Odyssey Epcot building and eating area was such a letdown after the removal of the Epcot Experience. It felt like they saw some chairs and an empty room and went “Oh now it’s a dining room”. There is no theme, it has all been removed and is very plain. The other mention is, that you can get the Remy Spork at Brew-Wing.
