Boba Fett Actors Bulloch, Logan, Morton and Beer to Appear at Star Wars Celebration VI

>The actors who portrayed the galaxy’s favorite bounty hunter, Boba Fett, will be at Star Wars Celebration VI this August. In addition to anticipated appearances on the live stages, they will be signing autographs and meetings fans in the Celebration Autograph Hall run by Official Pix.
Jeremy Bulloch might be known best for his role as the bounty hunter Boba Fett, but the British actor can be seen on the screen without the iconic helmet, both in and out of the Star Wars Saga. In addition to his role as the merciless mercenary in battered battle armor, Bulloch has also appeared as Captain Colton in Revenge of the Sith and as Lieutenant Sheckil in The Empire Strikes Back.

Outside the Star Wars movies, Bulloch’s extensive television and movie credits include roles in Doctor Who, O Lucky Man!, Robin of Sherwood and three James Bond movies — Octopussy, For Your Eyes Only and The Spy Who Loved Me.

Boba Fett spans the entire Star Wars Saga, and the character revealed his boyhood beginnings in Attack of the Clones — portrayed by television and film actor Daniel Logan. Logan reprised this role, voicing the character in the three-part Season Two finale of the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, as well as memorable appearances in Season Four, as young Fett begins his bounty hunting career.A New Zealand native, Daniel Logan started acting at the age of 10 when local children’s rugby teams were being scouted for a TV commercial. From a selection of hundreds of young hopefuls, Logan got the part — playing a little boy who is knocked into the mud by Auckland rugby star Michael Jones. Other roles include New Zealand medical series Shortland Street, a guest appearance on Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and The Legend of Johnny Lingo.

Celebration VI will feature others who touched the famed Mandalorian helmet. Both Dickey Beer (pictured as a stunt performer in the sail barge scene), and John Morton performed as Fett, and will be signing in the Celebration Autograph Hall. Morton, better known as Luke Skywalker’s gunner Dak Morton, shot a Fett scene with Lando Calrissian and Darth Vader in Cloud City.

And, because we can’t get enough of Mandalorian armor, Star Wars fan groups The Dented Helmet and The 501st Legion are hosting an art helmet charity project. Artists are creating one-of-a-kind masterpieces to benefit the Make-A-Wish charity, with roughly half the exhibit and art dedicated to clone trooper helmets, and half to Boba Fett helmets.

This stunning Boba Fett helmet by artist John Brosio was inspired by a Hopi kachina, which is a carved and decorated doll that embodies the characteristics of the spirits of the Hopi Native Americans tribe. Brosio included real horns, snake skin, snake rattlers, and feathers. The helmet, and many more original works of art, will be on display in the Dented Helmet booth at Celebration VI, and auctioned off after the show for Make-A-Wish.
