New Balance and runDisney kicking off the New Year in style with a new limited edition shoe for 2015 runDisney races. You won’t be able to get these shoes until the Disney World Marathon Weekend presented by Cigna.
I know, these look very familiar. Because they were so popular and yet so limited, they are bringing back the same collection that was available this year. Now you another chance to get your hands on the 860v4 Sorcerer Mickey & Pink Minnie as well as the 890v4 Goofy & Cinderella shoes. The collection will be available during the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend presented by Cigna and at the Star Wars Half Marathon presented by Sierra Nevada Corporation.
To minimize waiting in line for shoes on race weekend they have created a virtual queue to let you know when it’s your turn. Runners can sign up at NBvirtualqueue.com using your bib number starting Wednesday, January 7, and all other guests can sign up Thursday, January 8.

Tricia, these must be bought in person at the expo, and there’s a limit (I think each guest can buy up to four pairs). They do this because in the past people would buy up the whole stock and then resell online at a premium, which isn’t fair to those who can’t get there right when the expo opens on the first day. New Balance sets up a “virtual queue” and calls you when it’s your turn to come and try on and buy.
