Ask a Disney Question: Do children need identification to pick up tickets?

This question comes from Rand, who asks:  “We have tickets purchased for us, waiting at the will call window and I’m trying to figure out whether or not our children will need ID, or just the adults. Thanks!”

Rand, you won’t need any sort of ID to pick you your childens’ tickets. In general, Disney doesn’t ask for any identification for children at all.   There are some exceptions, for example, when an older child is doing a behind the scenes tour with an age requirement.   You may want to bring a copy of their birth certificates for other reasons, however.

Thanks for your question and for reading the site.
