A 28-year-old homeless man has been accused of killing a Celebration, Fla., resident with an ax, the first homicide in the Disney-built community.
Osceola County sheriff’s deputies found David Israel Zenon Murillo of Kissimmee on Sunday. Officials arrested him on charges of dealing in stolen property after they said he tried to sell coins belonging to the victim, 58-year-old Matteo Patrick Giovanditto.

Murillo accused Giovanditto of drugging him to sexually assault him. Sheriff’s spokeswoman Twis Lizasuain declined to provide specifics about the men’s one-year relationship.
