Are Nighttime Shows Returning to Disney?

Sources keep reappearing across the internet, particularly Reddit the social news platform hinting at nighttime shows returning to Disney parks!

Whilst some Disney parks remain closed across the world due to COVID-19, including Disneyland in California and Disneyland Paris Resort, other parks are open such as Walt Disney World. However, to keep parks open during such special times, safety measures were implemented including the temporary closure of nighttime shows to prevent mass gathering we assume.

However, there are hints at some nighttime shows returning to Disney, particularly to Hong Kong Disneyland!

Hong Kong Disneyland Nighttime Show!

According to two Reddit posts, here and here, it seems as though Hong Kong Disneyland will run its nighttime spectacular show once the reimaged castle known as the Castle of Magical Dreams opens on the 21st November for the theme park’s 15th anniversary!

The post further hints that this nighttime show will run “every day after the castle opening” and it will known as “A Dream of Stars”. This information has also been corroborated by the second Reddit post. Furthermore, another tweet from the Disney Blog HKDL Fantasy included a sneak preview with a photo of lights and projections on the castle, definitely practising for the opening of the highly anticipated Castle of Magical Dreams, opening this Saturday!
