Walt Disney World Resort has slowly been bringing certain features and offerings back since the resort reopened last summer. One offering that has not come back yet is the Minnie Van Service. But word on the street is we could see it return soon!

The Minnie Van Service gave guests another transportation option at Disney World. Guests could take the Minnie Vans from the Orlando airport to their Disney resort or anywhere around Disney World property.
The Disney World website describes the service below:
“Need to get to a restaurant reservation at another Disney Resort hotel? How about a relaxing way to get back to your room after a busy day at one of the Walt Disney World theme parks or the Disney Springs area? Minnie Van service is a great way to get around Walt Disney World Resort quickly and in comfort—all while in a Disney-owned, Disney-operated vehicle, driven by a Cast Member.”

Disney’s Minnie Van Service is operated by Lyft, a ride share company. While the Disney World website still shows the service as unavailable, the Lyft app is showing Minnie Vans once again.
There has been no official announcement from Disney on when or if the Minnie Van Service will return. We are hopeful that the rumors are true and we’ll get to ride in the whimsical vans again soon!
