Applications Now Open for Disney College Program 2026
Future magic makers, this one’s for you! Disney has officially opened applications for the 2026 Disney College Program, giving students and recent graduates the chance to live, learn, and earn as Cast Members at Walt Disney World Resort.

The upcoming session kicks off with arrival dates in January and February 2026, running a minimum of four months with the option to extend up to a year. Participants will work in front-line or backstage roles across Walt Disney World, all while earning $18 per hour and gaining valuable professional experience in one of the most recognized companies in the world.
Along with weekly pay, perks include complimentary theme park admission, exclusive cast member discounts, and special program events. Participants also have the option to live at Flamingo Crossings Village, a purpose-built housing community featuring fully furnished apartments, resort-style pools, fitness centers, and study spaces. Bus transportation between housing and Walt Disney World locations is also provided.
The program is open to applicants at least 18 years old who are currently enrolled in college or who have graduated within the past 24 months. Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization in the United States and be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Beyond on-the-job learning, the Disney College Program includes unique career development sessions, networking opportunities with Disney leaders, and the chance to explore potential long-term roles with the company after the program ends.
Applications are live now through the official Disney Careers site. Select candidates will be invited to a phone interview before offers go out. If accepted, participants will confirm dates, submit program fees, and prepare for their role at Walt Disney World.
