Annual Pass holders “Enjoying the Magic”

Annual Pass holders “Enjoying the Magic”

Last spring when I heard we MIGHT move to Florida the first thing my Mom told me was we could get Annual Passes to Walt Disney World! I hadn’t been to WDW since I was 6 years old but I had been to Disneyland in 1996 and 2006 and am always trying to figure out a way to go back.

A few months went by and it became “official” we were moving to Florida and then on Christmas day “Santa” brought me my official Walt Disney World Annual Pass for 366 Days of Disney Fun!

As an Annual Pass holder there are many perks that I have taken advantage of. The first one is FREE PARKING! It doesn’t matter where we stay because we never have to worry about parking fees. You can debate with me all night long about staying on site verse off site but for us we try to save money when we can. If we can get a good deal on a room on site we’ll use it, if we can’t we’ll look for a room off-site to find the best deal.

Free Parking is great but the number 1 perk about having an Annual Pass is there’s no HURRY to get on every attraction all in one trip. If you don’t get on EVERY ride or see every show it’s okay. You have 360 more days to see and do everything. You don’t have to worry about planning “every minute of every trip.” You can take your time trying out all the restaurants you’ve always wanted to try.

My favorite thing about having an Annual Pass is being about to “enjoy the magic.” There are so many times I’m so worried about planning every minute of everyday of every trip that I end up missing the whole vacation because your worried about “what comes next.”

So to all the Annual Pass holders out there for WDW or DL remember to take a few minutes on your next trip and “enjoy the magic” that makes us keep returning to The Happiest Place on Earth.

  1. Out of curiousity…though you got your Annual Pass as a gift…how much are we looking at?

AND…how much better is WDW over DL??

I’m a Cali Native and LOVE DL!! Never been to WDW, though hoping to this year, so…just curious.

  2. I have to laugh at this post because one of the reasons we(my family and I) love our passes to WDW so much is that we can go for the day and not have to worry about ANYTHING. We may at the beginning of the day say we want to do something, but if in the end we don’t get to do it because we did something else then we don’t care because we can just go another day!
