People LOVE the Disney Character Meet & Greets at Walt Disney World. When Disney announced that they would be discontinued due to COVID-19 I was devastated, along with many others. However, Disney wasn’t going to leave Disney Addicts high and dry, that is when they came up with the Disney Character Cavalcades. It was a great opportunity to see our favorite Disney Characters while visiting the theme parks.
Over in Epcot, the Disney Princesses would ride around greeting guests in a horse-drawn carriage.
We are excited to report that 2 of the Disney Princesses will be again greeting guests in a new socially distanced way!
Anna & Elsa are again greeting guests at Epcot’s Norway Pavillion but due to COVID-19, they are having to hang back a bit to allow space between them & guests.
Our friend Doctor Disney was lucky enough to get a photo of Anna out greeting guests just outside of the Norway Pavilion’s Royal Sommerhus.
We have also seen photos of Elsa out greeting guests from the same spot in Epcot!
This isn’t the first time we have seen Disney Character Socially Distanced Meet & Greets in Disney World. Recently Cinderella was spotted doing social distant Meet & Greets at the Magic Kingdom as well.
There is no set time or schedule to meet Anna & Elsa in the Norway Pavilion in Epcot and we are unsure if this will be a permanent thing going forward…
So if you happen to be walking by the Norway Pavilion’s Royal Sommerhus be sure to check and see if they are there, maybe stop by the newly opened Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe and grab a School bread!
