All New Frozen Holiday Surprise Castle Show Coming to Magic Kingdom for the Holidays

Earlier today we shared the news that Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party would be returning in 2023. You can read more information here.

Confirming the news that Cinderella Castle Dream Lights in the Magic Kingdom would not be returning for the 2023 Holiday Season, Disney World did however release news on a Brand New Frozen”-inspired entertainment experience that will illuminate the castle in a whole new way.

Here are the details:

For the first time in forever, guests will be able to join Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the Snowgies in front of Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom for “Frozen Holiday Surprise,” a brand new “Frozen”-inspired entertainment experience that will illuminate the castle in a whole new way. This delightful new offering can be seen during regular park hours and during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

So looking at the photo above it seems that Disney will be doing some sort of new Frozen Projection show on Cinderella Castle instead of hanging lights for 2023.
