Each drink is crafted with intention, layering house-made infusions, herbal notes, and creative presentations designed to engage all your senses before you even take that first sip.

At Universal Helios Grand Hotel, guests can try Clash of the Titans, a savory-meets-citrus creation featuring Tanqueray No. Ten, feta honey, and St. Germain, topped with a silky foam and finished tableside with cracked black pepper. Over at Royal Pacific, Golden Dawn brings tropical flair with pineapple rum, mango, almond orgeat, and a spicy yuzu gummy garnish that adds just the right kick.

Portofino Bay Hotel is practically a cocktail playground with multiple Alchemy offerings. The Italian 75 delivers a sparkling, floral twist on a classic, while The Dino goes full slow-brew scientist with rye whiskey, espresso-washed Campari, and a three-month barrel aging process. If you are craving something lighter, The Key Lime Crush offers a refreshing, dessert-inspired sip that tastes like Florida sunshine in a glass.

Meanwhile at Sapphire Falls, the Strong Water Tavern is putting its own spin on tradition with a bold Sazerac featuring rum, demerara, and bitters, finished with an absinthe mist for that extra dramatic flourish.
