Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure Debuts in Epcot

Agent P's World Showcase Adventure Debuts in Epcot

The Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure is now open in Epcot.

I just came back from Disney World and was one of the lucky ones who got to test the Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure during it’s soft opening at Epcot. I walked up to the kiosk in Great Britian by the International Gateway. I noticed the Kim Possible information was all gone and the cart was “bare bones” without any signage at all. I approached the two cast members, who at closer look were wearing the new Agent P Adventure shirts and I inquired if they were recruiting today.

They informed me that Agent P needed help in France today and would I be interested?  Would I be interested !?!?  OF COURSE!!!!!

They handed me a phone and I was on my way. At first glance the phones look exactly the same as they did with the Kim Possible Adventures so I was skeptical if there would really be any great changes. I started noticing changes right away. Instead of the Kim Possible “Do do do do” ring tone that we were all familiar with when it was time to press the button for your next clue the phone now shows Agent P and rings “Doo Be Doo Be Doo Wahh” , it’s really cute and sure did make me smile. I found they are using a lot of the same props that they used in the previous missions but the integration of the Phineas and Ferb make it much more interesting and the plot line itself was very funny.

Agent P's World Showcase Adventure Debuts in EpcotIn this mission Dr. Doofenshmirtz was testing an “evil” plan to take away French accents, they even use Chef’s De France in the mission having a waiter answer the phone without a french accent- it was very cute!

My favorite part of this mission was that at the end Agent P zip lines across the back of France, it was very cool to see and the kids around me went crazy when they saw him emerge.

I can’t wait to explore the other countries of the World Showcase with my kids and Agent P. I really think the kids will love these missions and the changes that are in place.

Have you done a mission yet? If you have, what country and what did you think?

  1. I’ve never played Kim Possible even though I loved the show. But I did do all of the missions for Agent P’s Adventure (and yes I love the show Phineas and Ferb) and the missions are a blast! I got really into it and enjoyed going around World Showcase as a secret agent. What is more impressive is how much exploring you have to do for the missions. I got to see things I normally overlooked. Plus it was fun to surprise other guests who looked curiously at me when I activated things. 🙂
I will be doing this again!

  2. We are going to test this out when we go in August. My kids are excited to work with Agent P!!

  3. We tested last week as well. We found the cart in Norway and completed missions in China and Mexico. We did not do the Kim Possible so we can’t make any comparisons. We did notice that there were different tasks and possibly missions in each land. We were right behind the folks who got their phone before us, and we never visited the same place. Two other families stopped me and asked if we were doing Agent P and asked where they could sign up. We also saw them at different places in the lands.

Two of the interactive devices were not recognizing our phone in Mexico, DH reported it and hopefully, it’ll be fixed before launch.
