Buckle your seatbelts, we may have just gotten an accidental preview of the Mario Kart Attraction that will be at Universal Studios Japan, Super Nintendo World.
While the footage has been taken down from the third party poster on Vimeo, we thought we’d tell you what we saw! Nothing is set in stone or official so keep that in mind, but read on because the information and footage leaked made this highly anticipated Mario Kart ride look just as awesome as you think it’s going to be!
First things first, this attraction is going to have multiple courses! While it doesn’t say the official number of courses in the screenshot we’re glad to know there is going to be more than one! What track are you hoping makes the cut!? (*Fingers crossed for Rainbow Road!) It is also worth noting that the attraction appears to utilize augmented reality, although we cannot say with absolute certainty.
Throughout the video, the viewers were able to see ride vehicles in action as well as another screenshot noting ride duration, riders per kart, and height restrictions.
While this is speculation at the moment, if any of it is true- we have something pretty incredible to look forward to when this attraction opens! While there is no opening date and projects have been delayed we can’t wait for the day we can hang out and race with the gang on this Mario Kart ride at Universal Japan!
Looking for something to enjoy now!? Well, it’s no new attraction, but this CHOCOLATE Mickey Waffle Sundae isn’t a bad supplement for the time being! Check it out at the BoardWalk Bakery!
