Where to find it: At the 50s Prime Time Cafe at Disney Hollywood Studios.
What is it? That classic campfire combination of graham crackers topped with melted marshmallow drizzled with chocolate sauce.
Why you want it: Because the crisp, almost burnt, caramelized exterior hides a warm gooey center. Just in case that wasn’t decadent enough, it’s covered in chocolate. It’s enough to make even confirmed marshmallow hater like me say “Oh, well maybe just this once. Or twice.” You know, just to be polite.

Is it real chocolate on top or Hershey’s syrup?
Have had them, they are truly delicious. And I too don’t really like marshmallows either Chris…but these…with the chocolate on top……sigh. Thanks for reminding me of yet another reason why I want to go back to 50’s Prime Time Cafe again! 🙂
