Walt Disney World has released a new room-only discount for Annual Passholders, offering savings of up to 35% on stays at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels in early 2027. The promotion is valid for stays on select nights from January 3 through April 29, 2027.

How the Savings Break Down
The discount is structured into two travel windows, with the highest savings available during the later spring dates.
Save Up to 35% at Select Resorts
- Save 35% on rooms for stays most nights from February 28 to April 29, 2027.
- Save 30% on rooms for stays most Sunday to Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027.
- Eligible Resorts Include Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
Save Up to 30% at Select Resorts
- Save 30% on rooms for stays most nights from February 28 to April 29, 2027.
- Save 25% on rooms for stays most Sunday to Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027.
- Eligible Resorts Include Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge (Resort View Rooms), Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (Family Suites), Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Disney’s Old Key West Resort (Deluxe Studios), Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside.

- Save 25% on rooms for stays most nights from February 28 to April 29, 2027.
- Save 20% on rooms for stays most Sunday to Thursday nights from January 3 to February 25, 2027.
- Eligible Resorts Include Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (Standard Rooms), The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort (excludes January and February dates), Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside (Standard Location Rooms).
Offer Details and Exclusions
The number of rooms allocated for this offer is limited, and savings are based on the non-discounted price that a non-Passholder pays for the same room.
- There is a minimum 1-night length of stay and a maximum 14-night length of stay.
- Annual Passholders must present a valid Walt Disney World Annual Pass at check-in.
- Additional per-adult charges may apply if more than two adults are in the room at Disney Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Resorts, and Studios at Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.
The following room types are excluded from the offer: 3-Bedroom Villas; Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge; and Bungalows, Tower 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas, and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
