Barstools Added to The Beak & Barrel at Magic Kingdom
Pull up a stool, pirates! Guests visiting The Beak & Barrel at Magic Kingdom now have a few more chances to take a seat while enjoying the Pirates of the Caribbean-themed tavern.

Since The Beak & Barrel opened in Adventureland in August 2025, several areas of the popular watering hole required guests to stand at the bar or at taller tables. Disney has gradually started adding seating to some of those spots, including round barstools at the main bar. Stools near one of the windows were added a few months ago, while seating at the main bar is a more recent addition.
There is one important exception for anyone hoping to rest their sea legs. The Map Room remains standing-only, so guests assigned to that area should still expect to enjoy their visit on their feet. Guests also are not able to choose where they are placed inside the tavern, and the 45-minute visit limit remains in effect.

The extra seating is a small change, but it could make a big difference after a long day exploring Magic Kingdom.
