Man Arrested After Reportedly Punching Pregnant Girlfriend Aboard Disney Skyliner
A man was arrested following an alleged domestic violence incident aboard the Disney Skyliner at Walt Disney World involving his pregnant girlfriend, according to law enforcement records.

Leoji Allen, 27, of Chicago, was arrested on a charge of aggravated battery on a pregnant person following the May incident. According to the arrest report, the woman was 16 weeks pregnant and was described by deputies as visibly distraught with a bruise near her right eye. The couple had reportedly been visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios when an argument began after the woman wanted to leave the park because her son was tired from standing in line on a hot day.
The argument reportedly continued as the couple made their way toward the Disney Skyliner. The woman told authorities that she called a relative in an attempt to calm the situation, which allegedly made Allen angrier. Once aboard the gondola, the confrontation became physical. According to the arrest report, the woman said Allen grabbed her by the chest and then punched her multiple times, including at least twice in the face as well as in the arm and leg. She told investigators that she struck him back in self-defense.
The woman told authorities she did not want to press charges and declined to provide a written statement, although deputies photographed her injuries. Allen initially denied that anything physical had happened and acknowledged only a verbal argument. He later claimed that the woman had struck him and caused an injury to his eye. Deputies also photographed that injury.

Allen was taken into custody and transported to the Orange County Jail. After complaining of stomach pain, he was taken to a hospital for evaluation and later returned to jail after being medically cleared. Although deputies determined there was probable cause for the arrest, the State Attorney’s Office later declined to pursue criminal charges. In a July 14 memo, prosecutors said the testimonial evidence was not sufficiently corroborated by physical or other evidence to obtain a conviction.
