Universal Bringing Exclusive Halloween Horror Nights Experiences and New Merch to Midsummer Scream 2026

Universal Destinations & Experiences is returning to Midsummer Scream this August with an expanded presence packed with exclusive merchandise, immersive experiences, and plenty of thrills for horror fans. Taking place August 7 through 9 at the Long Beach Convention Center, the popular Halloween and horror convention will once again serve as a showcase for what’s lurking around the corner from Universal’s growing lineup of spooky experiences.

Guests visiting Universal’s booth can expect a larger-than-ever footprint on the convention floor, featuring immersive photo opportunities inspired by this year’s Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood. Fans will also get an early look at brand-new merchandise collections themed to beloved franchises including the Universal Monsters and Halloween II, with select items making their debut at the event before arriving at Universal theme parks.

The frightful fun doesn’t stop there. Universal will host character meet-and-greets, complimentary artist signings featuring exclusive Midsummer Scream artwork, and a special behind-the-scenes panel exploring the creative process behind Universal Products & Experiences collaborations.
