Universal Destinations and Experiences has dropped huge news for its youngest fans. The company’s first-ever regional theme park designed entirely for families with small children, Universal Kids Resort, will officially celebrate its grand opening on July 1, 2026.

Located in Frisco, Texas, the 20-acre destination brings Universal’s world-class storytelling down to a kid-sized level.
