New ‘Gusto Italiano’ Dining Event Coming to Maria & Enzo’s in Disney Springs
If your love language is pasta, prosciutto, and wine pairings, Disney Springs just planned your next date night. Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante is hosting a brand-new culinary event called “Gusto Italiano,” an immersive Italian tasting experience that takes guests on a flavor-packed tour across six regions of Italy without ever leaving Walt Disney World.

The special one-night event takes place Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 7 p.m. inside the stunning Disney Springs restaurant, with guests traveling station-by-station through chef-prepared dishes inspired by different parts of Italy.
According to the event details, each station will feature live-prepared dishes paired with wines and beverages selected to match the region’s flavors and traditions. Honestly, it sounds less like dinner and more like EPCOT’s World Showcase decided to exclusively carb-load.
The culinary journey includes:
• Friuli featuring freshly sliced Prosciutto di San Daniele
• Emilia-Romagna with fresh pasta creations
• Lombardy-inspired house-made risotto
• Abruzzo with grilled meats fresh off the fire
• Puglia showcasing seafood and shellfish
• Sicily finishing things off with classic cannoli
Basically, your taste buds are boarding a direct flight to Italy while your wallet quietly accepts its fate.

Tickets are listed at $107 per person including tax and gratuity, with the base event price advertised at $89 before additional charges. The event will be held at Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante, located along the waterfront at Disney Springs.
