DVC Members Get Early Access to Muppets Coaster and Soarin’ Across America at Walt Disney World
If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member, your next stay might come with a little extra pixie dust and a backstage pass to two major attraction updates. Disney has announced that eligible DVC Members will get early preview access to both Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets and Soarin’ Across America before their official reopening on May 26, 2026.

According to Disney, Members who have a qualifying Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation during the preview window will be automatically registered for the experience. No extra sign-ups, no virtual queues to stress over, just keep an eye on your inbox for the details.
While Disney has not officially confirmed the exact preview dates for DVC Members, they are expected to align closely with Annual Passholder previews. That likely places Soarin’ Across America previews around May 19 and 20 at EPCOT, followed by Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets from May 21 through 23 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
To make way for the return of Soarin’ Across America, Soarin’ Around the World will temporarily close beginning May 14. Meanwhile, over at Hollywood Studios, Disney has already confirmed that when the Muppets officially take over Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster, there will be no virtual queue in place for opening day. That means standby lines will be your ticket to ride with Kermit, Miss Piggy, and the rest of the crew.

These previews are shaping up to be a pretty big perk for DVC Members, offering a first look at two highly anticipated updates. One brings back a fan-favorite version of Soarin’, while the other completely reimagines a classic coaster with a Muppets twist that is sure to crank the volume and the laughs.
Between soaring over iconic American landmarks and rocking out with the Muppets, this preview lineup feels like a cross-country tour with a punchline waiting at the end of every loop.
