The wait is almost over! Two Disneyland staples are officially returning to the lineup as the Disneyland Monorail and Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin prepare to welcome guests once again on Friday, May 1, 2026.

Both the Disneyland Monorail and Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin have been undergoing routine maintenance since March 30. While no major thematic changes are expected for either ride, fans can look forward to a refreshed experience when they reopen.
Meanwhile, the refurbishment calendar remains busy: Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters is still offline with no return date set, and a major closure is looming on May 4 for both Pirates of the Caribbean and the Blue Bayou Restaurant.
