While specific plot details for the untitled project are still being kept under wraps in the Pixar vault, the studio has officially confirmed that production is already underway. Although the storyline remains a mystery for now, release plans are firmly in motion as the animation team begins to bring this new chapter to life. Fans can expect to dive right back into the familiar, vibrant world of the Finding Nemo universe, exploring the colorful coral reefs and deep-sea wonders that first captured our hearts.

This return marks a major milestone for the franchise, as Ellen DeGeneres has been the heart and soul of the character since the beginning. She first brought the lovable, memory-challenged blue tang to life in the 2003 masterpiece Finding Nemo and later took center stage in the 2016 blockbuster sequel Finding Dory. Beyond the silver screen, Ellen’s iconic voice has also guided guests through the depths of the ocean for years as part of the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage attraction at Disneyland Park, cementing Dory as one of the most enduring figures in the Pixar pantheon.
