Soarin’ Over California Returns for DCA’s 25th
As Disney California Adventure kicks off its massive 25th-anniversary celebration, Disneyland Resort has confirmed that the legendary Soarin’ Over California is returning to the skies.

Starting February 6, 2026, guests can once again experience the attraction that redefined theme park flight. As one of the park’s original opening-day masterpieces, this limited-run engagement allows fans to revisit the “Golden State” in spectacular fashion.
Set to Jerry Goldsmith’s iconic, sweeping musical score, you’ll take a breathtaking virtual tour of California’s most famous landmarks, including:
- The majestic spans of the Golden Gate Bridge.
- The towering peaks of Yosemite National Park.
- The lush greenery of Palm Springs.
- The twinkling city lights of downtown Los Angeles.
This nostalgic journey will be available through July 1, 2026, giving visitors a few months to soak in the sights (and smells) of the original production.
While the return of the California classic is cause for celebration, it’s also the final countdown to a brand-new adventure.
On July 2, 2026, Disneyland Resort will debut Soarin’ Across America. This all-new airborne experience is launching specifically to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, taking guests on a coast-to-coast journey across the United States.
