Lime Garage at Disney Springs Set to Close for 3-Month Maintenance

The Lime Garage at Disney Springs is scheduled to undergo a significant three-month closure to facilitate essential structural repairs and general maintenance. This temporary shutdown will allow crews to complete necessary safety updates and refurbishments across the entire parking structure.

Based on filings from the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, the five-level Lime Garage is set to undergo essential structural repairs starting this month. To help you navigate your next shopping trip, here is the official closure schedule:

• Phase 1: Closed January 12 through February 11, 2026.
• Holiday Reopening: The garage will briefly reopen for Presidents’ Day weekend (February 12–16).
• Phase 2: Closed again from February 17 through March 13, 2026.

The garage is scheduled to officially reopen on March 14, just in time for the busy Spring Break season.

With the Lime Garage offline, you can still find parking at the Orange Garage, Grapefruit Garage, or the Watermelon and Strawberry surface lots.
