The Disney Community Mourns the Sudden Loss of Adam the Woo
It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we report the passing of David Adam Williams, known and loved by millions around the world as Adam the Woo. He was 51 years old.

For over a decade, Adam was a daily companion to many of us. With his camera in hand and an unshakeable sense of curiosity, he invited us to join him on adventures big and small—from the main streets of Disney Parks to the backroads of America. He didn’t just film locations; he captured the feeling of being there.
Adam passed away on Monday, December 22, at his home in Celebration, Florida. He was discovered by friends who, concerned by his silence, went to check on him—a testament to the close-knit community he fostered.

His passing comes as a shock to a community that had just watched his latest video the day prior. In a poignant final chapter, his last upload featured him walking through his hometown, admiring the Christmas lights and sharing the holiday spirit with his viewers.
Adam was a true pioneer of the vlogging genre. His authentic, unscripted style—often simple, always genuine—paved the way for countless other creators. He leaves behind a massive library of memories and a fanbase that felt like they knew him personally.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, his friends, and the countless fans who are feeling this loss today.
Thank you for the adventures, Adam. You will be missed.
