Destination D23 Announces Exclusive Livestream for D23 Gold Members

Disney is giving fans a front-row seat to the magic! D23 has announced that panels from Destination D23 will be livestreamed exclusively for D23 Gold Members on August 30th and 31st, 2025.

Destination D23 is taking over Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World Resort for the first time ever, and while tickets for the in-person event are sold out, D23 Gold Members can still join in the fun from home. The two-day livestream event, dubbed the “Virtual Gold Theater,” will feature a selection of presentations from the main stage, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the Walt Disney Archives, Walt Disney Studios, and more.

How to Watch

To tune in, D23 Gold Members can visit the official D23 website and log in to access the livestream. The broadcast will start with a special pre-show experience on both days. It’s important to note that these livestreams will only be available to watch as they air and will not be available for on-demand streaming later.

The two-day lineup is packed with fan-favorite topics and exclusive presentations. Here’s a look at what you can expect:

Saturday, August 30th, 2025

• 10:45 a.m. ET / 7:45 a.m. PT: The day kicks off with “Welcome Back with Michael Vargo,” where D23’s head shares news and updates.
• 10:55 a.m. ET / 7:55 a.m. PT: Celebrate the 80th anniversary of The Three Caballeros with the Walt Disney Archives.
• 11:05 a.m. ET / 8:05 a.m. PT: Dive into the fascinating legacy of Imagineer and Disney Legend X Atencio, known for his work on Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion.
• 11:35 a.m. ET / 8:35 a.m. PT: “Be Our Guest with Disney on Broadway” will feature performances and a panel conversation with stars from Broadway’s Aladdin and the North American tour of Beauty and the Beast.

Sunday, August 31st, 2025

• 2:00 p.m. ET / 11:00 a.m. PT: “Stay Tuned: You’re Watching Disney Channel” brings together fan-favorite stars from past and present Disney Channel series and movies.
• 2:50 p.m. ET / 11:50 a.m. PT: Get a behind-the-scenes look at the design of Disney castles with “Beyond the Spires: An Insider Look at Disney Castles.”
