Spooky Sips and Bites: Full Halloween Menu at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

Something spooky is brewing at Disney Springs! Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is getting a Halloween makeover, transforming into the Halloween Hangar Bar starting on August 19. Get ready for “boo-tiful” decorations and a new menu of holiday-inspired bites, including Alien Invader Sliders and Phantom Dumplings.

Alien Invader Sliders: Crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, sliced provolone, dill pickle slices, cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives

Cursed Mummy Sausages: Mini smoked sausages wrapped in puff pastry and served with pomegranate-mustard sauce 

Phantom Dumplings: Chicken and pork dumplings wrapped in rice paper and served with teriyaki dipping sauce 

Zombie Eye Bites: Fried chicken bites topped with deviled egg filling and black olives.

Skull of the Dead: Mojo pork, cheddar, flour tortilla, and pickle pico de gallo

Snake Egg Surprise: Simply Lemonade, lime juice, desert pear syrup, and green apple boba pearls (Non-alcoholic)

Cauldron Cooler: Hendrick’s Gin, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and butterfly pea extract (New) 

Scarab Beetle Essence: Siesta Key Silver Rum, Malibu Coconut Rum, Bols Blue Curaçao Liqueur, DOLE Pineapple juice, and grenadine 

The Spike Trap: Malibu Coconut Rum, Stoli Vanilla Vodka, cream of coconut, and Sprite garnished with a ghost marshmallow

This Halloween season, Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is getting its first-ever spooky makeover! Previously known for its popular winter holiday transformation, the bar will be decked out in themed decor and offer a special menu of creepy bites and seasonal drinks. The Halloween Hangar Bar will be open from August 19 through November 4, 2025, adding another exciting fall experience to Disney Springs.
