Fantasyland Favorites Temporarily Shut for Refurbishment
Both the Storybook Land Canal Boats and Casey Jr. Circus Train in Fantasyland at Disneyland Park are currently closed for refurbishment. Scaffolding is already visible around parts of the Storybook Land Canal Boats, which was the first of the two Fantasyland favorites to close.

Currently, construction walls encircle the docks of the Storybook Land Canal Boats. These walls do not, however, extend to the lighthouse at the ride’s entrance or most of its queue area.
Scrim now extends through the planters within the queue, connecting the construction walls. Behind these barriers, scaffolding draped in green scrim is visible, seemingly positioned within the drained canal to facilitate the refurbishment work.
The refurbishment walls stretch down towards the Dumbo the Flying Elephant entrance. Scaffolding also extends past a tree located near Monstro the Whale, a famous landmark that guests typically ride through at the beginning of the attraction.

Nearby, the tracks for the Casey Jr. Circus Train are also enclosed by construction walls. This train famously carries guests through Storybook Land, running alongside the canal boats.
As of now, no reopening dates have been announced for either the Casey Jr. Circus Train or the Storybook Land Canal Boats. They are among several attractions undergoing refurbishments at Disneyland Park this year.
