New Stitch Beach Photo Op Washes Ashore at Disney PhotoPass Studio in Disney Springs
Just in time to embrace the warm Florida weather, a delightful new beach photo opportunity featuring everyone’s favorite mischievous alien, Stitch, has arrived at Disney’s PhotoPass Studio in Disney Springs. This vibrant new backdrop offers guests a perfect way to capture some summer fun during their visit.

The Disney PhotoPass Studio, conveniently nestled between the Arribas Brothers store and the Marketplace Co-op in Disney Springs, welcomes guests daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. No reservations are needed to step into this photographic paradise, where Disney PhotoPass photographers are on hand to snap memorable shots in front of a variety of themed backdrops. All photos are seamlessly linked for easy download within the guest’s My Disney Experience app.

Known for its rotating themed backdrops that frequently change to match the current season or upcoming holidays, the PhotoPass Studio has once again transformed its space. Previously, a charming rose-filled backdrop inspired by “Alice in Wonderland” graced the studio just before Valentine’s Day. Now, with summer on the horizon, the studio has fully embraced a tropical beach setting.
The new backdrop immerses guests in a serene seaside scene. A bright blue sky stretches overhead, meeting distant ocean waves, while the ground is cleverly covered with a sand-colored tarp, giving the illusion of a sandy beach. Adding to the authentic beach vibe are a variety of playful props. Guests will spot a charming Cinderella Castle sculpted from sand, “Mickey’s Surf Co.” surfboards, and an assortment of colorful pool floaties. A rustic brown wooden fence and a smattering of leafy tropical plants complete the picturesque scene.
Of course, the star of this new photo op is none other than Stitch himself. The beloved blue alien is playfully integrated throughout the setting. A plush version of Stitch can be found perched atop a classic white lifeguard chair, and his cheerful image is also featured on several towels and toys strategically placed within the scene, inviting guests to discover all the hidden Stitch-themed treasures.
This fresh and inviting photo opportunity is sure to be a splash hit with guests looking to capture a piece of their Disney Springs vacation with a fun, tropical twist and a touch of Lilo & Stitch magic!
