Exciting news for Disney Cruise Line fans! Bookings for the highly-anticipated Disney Destiny cruise ship open on September 12th, 2024. Today, we’re giving you a sneak peek at the maiden voyage and inaugural itineraries, plus a first look at a brand-new “Pirates of the Caribbean”-inspired pub!

Maiden Voyage and Itineraries
The Disney Destiny will set sail on its maiden voyage from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on November 20, 2025. This special four-night cruise will not only be your first chance to experience the ship’s magic but will also include stops at both Disney’s private islands in The Bahamas – Disney Castaway Cay AND Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point!
The maiden voyage will be followed by an inaugural season of four- and five-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. Every sailing will feature a day at either Disney Castaway Cay or Disney Lookout Cay, and select cruises will also visit Nassau, Bahamas, or Cozumel, Mexico. Cask and Cannon: A Pirate’s Paradise
Aboard the Disney Destiny, you’ll step into the world of “Pirates of the Caribbean” at the new Cask and Cannon pub! This cozy lounge, filled with “acquired” treasures, will be the perfect place to share tales of your high seas adventures.
Indulge in an extensive menu of rare, specialty, and vintage rums, or try the “bootlegged” brews served straight from the barrel. And for the truly adventurous, there’s a rumor of hidden libations served in an actual treasure chest! 🏴☠️

Cask and Cannon is just the beginning! The Disney Destiny will also debut:
- Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King – a unique dining experience celebrating the music of “The Lion King”
- “Disney Hercules” – a Broadway-style show retelling the beloved film
- De Vil’s – a chic piano lounge inspired by Cruella de Vil
- Edna Mode Sweets – a confectionary inspired by “The Incredibles”
- The Sanctum – Disney Cruise Line’s first lounge themed after Marvel’s Doctor Strange
